Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all hardware, fittings, and documentation included
- Free of signs of installation, modification, or damage caused after delivery
Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical components (sensors, ECUs, wiring harnesses) that have been powered
- Opened fluid products (oils, additives, sealants)
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Clearance items marked "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via the contact form with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label (Canada & US).
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2–5 additional business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the item back in most cases.
