Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your parts to you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping — orders over $150 CAD qualify automatically. Estimated 5–7 business days.
- Standard Shipping — flat rate on orders under $150. Estimated 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping — available at checkout. Estimated 2–3 business days.
- Overnight — available on select items. Order before 12:00 PM for same-day dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, and all US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, ship a replacement at no cost.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update it if the order has not yet shipped.
